Circus Circus

We braved it out on a COLD rainy day and took Blake on a special big brother outing to The Palace!











He totally enjoyed the popcorn...much more than the circus!

Which is ok, seeing how it was actually more expensive than the tickets!!!

We did learn a valuable lesson from the circus, "Anything is possible, just close your eye's and make a wish!"

Messy Morning

The morning began with me almost slipping on something on the den floor...ummm, barf, in three spots from our lovely Cooper dog. Complete with grass! Wonderful, especially since we just had the carpets cleaned!!!

Then... I knew this day would come, and today was the day. I went upstairs to see Blake standing in the hall with his one piece pajama's unzipped all the way with NO diaper on! He had a smile on his face and said, "Mama, I took my diaper off and peed on my bedroom wall!" He was very proud of his work!!!

A few minutes later while making him a breakfast smoothie, I reached into a cabinet and out fell a baby food glass jar and shattered EVERYWHERE, shooting me ALL over with green broccoli baby food, glass and green sludge shot across the entire kitchen. Lovely start to the day!

Hay Day!

A Beautiful Day

We headed out to the park to enjoy a beautiful NOVEMBER day!

And in other news...

Obama was elected president last night.

I asked Blake if he knew who our next president would be and he said, "Santa"....I am sure we all pray that Obama will be Santa like and bring our nation some joy!

Happy Halloween

What a beautiful Halloween. It was the perfect night for trick or treating, so we loaded our chicken little and monkey up and set out for some fun!

We met up with Blake's buddy, Caden. The trick or treat competition began!

"It's on like donkey kong!"

Maybe next year Blake will be a rat...since he was such a pack rat with his candy. He put it all into his wagon's 'trunk' for safe keeping! He was all business!

Sorry Stefan, maybe next year Blake will share his candy with you!

The 7 Days of Halloween!

Yes, we know it's, "The Seven Days of Christmas", but around here we like to extend all fun holidays! So we packed up our little monkey's and headed to a Pre Halloween Party!




Aunt Sarah, Uncle Jay and Grace even joined in on the fun!

We also celebrated the victory of

MSU over U of M!

"Don't even think about taking my banana, lil chick!"

Fried Chicken!

Then we had a Halloween dinner party at Nanna and Papa's. Where we visited with Aunt Jaclyn and Uncle Greg.

And showed off the cool pumpkins with Nanna and Aunt Merrill, that Blake and Papa carved!
